TGT 2019 SETTLEMENT
The TGT is a team competition between sportive associations from different entities.

The sportive committee ensures good running of competition and rules on possible sportive disputes.
1. – Participation conditions

Participation conditions for each player
​

For french player, it's necessary to have the FFGOLF 2019 licence and an up-to-date medical certificate at the date of 1st april 2019.
For foreign player, it's necessary to pay the charges of current year in their respective federation.
For all player, it's necessary to can attest the membership at the entity sportive association at the date at the date of 1st april 2019.

Participation conditions for teams

A team is composed of 8 people max. representing in order by :
· a sportive association of an entity
· a sportive association of a subsidiary
· a sportive association of a department
A reunification will able to be made by the sportive committee if a sportive association couldn't be registrate a full team and the team number by entity will be limited at 3.
For welcome capacities by course, the number of player will able to be limited.
In case of over capacitie limitations, a priority will be given to the representativity of entities and subsidiaries and next to the player levels.
For each association, it will be necessary to have paid the registration fee deposit of 250 € by player at the date of 1st February 2019 and the registration fee balances of 400 € by player at the date of 1st June 2019.
2. - Cancellation conditions

From the end of deposit paiement (February 1st 2019), cancellations are free.

From February 1st until June 1st, deposits are lost in case of cancellation but the replacements and modifications between teems of an entity are already possible

From June 1st until September 1st, neither refund will be possible and modifications between teams of an entity, the replacements will be always possible in case of cancellation.

From September 1st, no modification will be allowed.

3. – Position and responsabilities of team leaders
​
For each association, a PoC will be designed at a special contact for all players
For each team, a team leader must be nominated and he will be in charge of the behaviour of their players about rules.
4. – Scoring system, Handicaps and Departures
​
The competition will be played according the 2019 rules of FFGOLF in Stableford over 54 holes (18 holes by day during 3 days).
3 different golf courses as part of 4 selected golf courses will be played by each team during the 3 competition days.
Reference handicap :
For french players, the handicap will be given by RMS at the date of 13th september 2019
For foreign players, a mail with handicaps will have to send by PoC between the 1st september 2019 and the 13th september 2019. Without informations, the handicap for concerned players will be 0 (zero).
ERRATUM : This handicap will be update for each days if a performance has been made.
Departure marks :
Marks 3 for men (yellow) and 5 for women (Red).

5. – Ranking and series
​
Ranking by teams
Gross ranking for men and women by addition of 5 best gross scores of each day.
Net ranking for men and women by addition of 5 best net scores of each day.
In cases of equalties, the distinguishe will be made in comparing additions of 6th scores, 7th scores and 8th scores.
3 first teams in gross, 3 first teams in net and 19th team in gross and in net will be awarded.
The gross take precedence over the net ranking and each team will be awarded only one time.

Could be modify according the reprensentativity of series.

1st serie Mens/Womens
From 0 to 16.9

2nd serie Hommes/Dames
From 17.0 to 26.4

3rd serie Hommes/Dames
From 26.5 to 36

A gross ranking by serie will be carried out by addition of gross scores of each day.
A net ranking by serie will be carried out by addition of net scores of each day.
In cases of equalties, the distinguishe will be make in comparing scores of the 18, 9, 6, 3 and last holes of the last day.
For each serie, the 2 best gross and the 2 best net scores will be awarded.
The gross take precedence over the net ranking and each player will be awarded only one time.
Nota : Rankings in net will be calculated with a maximum handicap of 36. Game handicap will be calculated according slope and SSS of each golf course.
6. – Specific points
​
Each player must wear a suitable dress code, golfs request to don't wear following garments : jean’s, short shorts, tank tops. Golf carts are not allowed.
Players are allowed to use measure instruments only for distance.
For longest drive contest, only balls on fairways will be taken into account.
For nearest to pin contest, only balls on the green will be taken into account.

7. - Advises regarding slow game and game fluency
​
Sportive committee and golf managers will have a particular attention about slow game. All players will have to respect the « Ready Golf » to improve the fluency of the game.

Can be summary by :
Nearest, farrest, honnor or not, the player who plays is the player who is ready to play.
Départures
Play since you are ready to play and do not wait the player who have the honnor.
If you have few doubts about the position of your ball, do not hesitate to play a provisory ball.
Approachs
Play your approach since you are ready and do not wait the farrest player of the hole unless if it is dangerous to play for an other player or yourself.
Putting
Analyse your putt line during the play of other players unless if you can disturb an other player.
Lost balls
Spot the position where the impact of the ball of each player and try to minimize the search time for lost balls (5 minutes max). Play your ball before helping to search the lost ball.
Local rules
It is the responsability of each player to respect local rules.
Delays
A penalty will able to be given for players who have more than 15 minute delay or more than one hole according the precedent team.
